Dr Christine Wu Nordahl is a neuroimaging specialist at the UC Davis Health MIND Institute who works on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in girls and women. She is the leader of the GAIN study, the largest MRI study of young autistic girls in the world. In addition, she forms part of an initiative called Neuroteens, a support group for girls and non-binary teens with ASD.

Dr Nordahl’s awards include 3 Pre-Doctoral National Research Service Awards, 3 Pathway to Independence Awards, the Northern California Alzheimer’s Association Student Excellence Award, and the Achievement Reward for College Scientists (ARCS) Fellowship.
